•  Advertise the vacancies at our own expense and handle all enquiries without disclosing the client's identity.

•  Effectively headhunt suitable applicants for each strategic position.

•  Professionally screen all candidates, vividly checking all references, qualifications, working experience and personal attributes.

•  Conduct initial interview and comprehensive test (computerized assessment of numeric, basic clerical and linguistic skills, client-service relations, healthy work ethics, communication skills, time management among others) to determine suitable candidates.

•  Present short listed candidates to client for examination.

•  In the event that the candidate is found unsuitable after placement within three (3) months, a replacement shall be made at no cost.
